As a woman who rose through the ranks in the Food Industry, after approximately 45 years, I realized the tremendous gap between what Managers had to teach their staff and how much time they had to teach or train them, at the beginning, and continuously. So, I resigned my position at which I had worked for 20 years, and that's the origin of Food Safety Direct. I am passionate about helping all Food Facilities overcome their obstacles, especially time for Employee Training/Certification.
