We 1st started out with an All American Street Hot Dog cart,fell in love with working Fiesta/ Festival food booths in and around the San Antonio Area. We have had the pleasure of working large fiesta events to markets like the Market days at Old Town Helotes. We got noticed quite a few times from local news stations and had the pleasure of doing cooking demos on Live TV showcasing some of our signature items. People wanted our eats more frequently so we purchased our 1st food truck in hopes of serving people from all over our beautiful city. Things were looking up
, our 2020 schedule double, sometimes triple booked then march came around and everything was canceled. We almost sold our food truck, but thankfully we decided to give it one more shot and gave a test run at The Colt45 baseball field parking lot ( we had actually moved to the area in 2019) I'm very happy we didn't quit despite the odds against us because we naturally are a big hit around here.
