Patty’s Herbs farm is located in Pearsall, Texas, about an hour south of our packhouse / warehouse in South San Antonio. This region is known for its fertile soil. Fresh herbs grown and distributed by Patty’s Herbs include basil, mint, dill, chives, rosemary, thyme, epazote, oregano, sage, marjoram, bay leaves, Italian parsley, lemon grass and edible flowers.
