Team Headshots For Groups and Business San Antonio and South Texas
As a full time San Antonio photography business we go on location for group and team photography. We take our lighting equipment with us and a gray background if it's requested. What we have done for small or bigger corporations and businesses is set-up our lighting equipment at their location. One employee or staff member comes in one at a time.

We take 8 - 10 images then move on to the next person. Our turnaround time for team headshots is usually 3 business days. We color correct images before delivery. We take pride in our customer service as well as prompt delivery time. Get in touch with us and let us know what your exact needs are. We try to be as accommodating as possible.
Business team photos are an important part of establishing a professional and cohesive brand image for your company. Here are some tips to ensure that your business team photos look polished and represent your team in the best possible way:
- Hire a professional photographer: A professional photographer will have the expertise and equipment necessary to capture high-quality, well-composed photos of your team. Look for a photographer who specializes in business photography and has a portfolio of similar work.
- Choose a location: The location you choose should be relevant to your business and provide a suitable backdrop for the photos. This could be your office, a nearby park, or a studio. Make sure the lighting is adequate and the background is clean and uncluttered.
- Dress appropriately: Make sure everyone on your team is dressed appropriately for the occasion. This could mean wearing formal business attire or more casual clothing depending on the context. Make sure everyone is on the same page regarding the dress code.
- Plan the composition: Think about how you want to compose the photo. Do you want everyone standing or sitting? Should they be arranged in a specific way? Consider the size of your team and the space available, and work with the photographer to plan the best composition.
- Encourage natural expressions: Your team members should look natural and relaxed in the photos. Encourage them to smile and interact with each other to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
- Edit and retouch: Once you have the photos, choose the best ones and have them edited and retouched as necessary. This may include color correction, cropping, and minor blemish removal. Make sure the photos are consistent in style and quality.
- Use the photos strategically: Once you have your business team photos, use them strategically across your marketing materials, including your website, social media, and print materials. This will help establish a professional and cohesive brand image for your company.
