Our business got started when my wife embarked on a journey to start a travel business. Since that time, I have discovered that there are many small businesses that need services for which they cannot afford to onboard staff and, as a result, miss out on opportunities to effectively acquire and engage customers. That discovery led me to look for ways in which my master's degree in organizational leadership and more than 23 years of journalism and public affairs experience can add value to startup and small businesses.
