I think it's important to have compassion regarding their personal situations. Reality is a tough nut to crack when people feel uncertain. All the super sales training will not overcome their concerns. Caring about them is the most important thing we can do to create a loyal customer base.

Ask for a copy of their commercial lease listing agreement before you sign and don't hesitate to ask a professional who is familiar with commecial leasing or check with a few commercial companies. Residential is usually a monthly fee which includes manangement. It's a good idea to find out what, if any, your management the commercial company is providing as that is usually an extra fee.
