I have been in business long enough to learn there is no way to make all your costumers happy,there will always be some percentage of costumers who will fined a reason to complain .

Of course you should never leave a complaint unanswered.tell the truth.
I did a lighting job several ago,the costumer was very difficult and complained about everything. I told her to wait until I am done and if she had a problem with any part of the work I did I will not take any payment for the entire job. ...

I completed the job got paid .
The next day I got an email from her thnkin me for job well done.

Higher prices are not always a guarantee for a better ,but in most cases it reflects on the level of quality and precision.the fact is it takes more time to do it right
