Range Partners is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned commercial brokerage focused on tenants and buyers. We help business owners and executives mitigate their risk, lower expenses, and scale by driving commercial negotiations in their favor.

How We Got Started

One of our Co-Founders, Nick Norris, led combat missions for 11 years in the SEAL Teams. When founding Range Partners, we wanted to leverage Nick's leadership skills and embody the same level of trust, drive, and loyalty found within the SEAL community.

To do this, we have forged a culture that selflessly serves others, ensures we bring our absolute best to each negotiation, and provides a higher level of support to the San Diego community. This central focus is why we support our clients' entire business operations and donate a substantial portion of every commission to a non-profit or, in light of COVID-19, a small business of our clients' choosing.

Our steady commitment, solution-oriented perspective, ruthless negotiations, and diverse backgrounds have resulted in our representation of some of the largest commercial transactions in San Diego.

Our focus has been on free rent, a substantial tenant improvement allowance, and an above standard parking allotment. Happy to discuss your client's case and share some helpful information. Beyond concessions, the implications of the lease must be taken into consideration. Your client should absolutely work with a real estate attorney to review and modify the lease document before execution.
