Bay Laurel Solutions was founded by Lindsay Pfeiffer after more than a decade working in humanitarian aid and social impact initiatives.

During that time, she collaborated with organizations connected to universal basic income programs, nonprofit networks, and partners including Google.org. She saw firsthand how digital infrastructure shaped whether organizations were able to reach people, build trust, and sustain their work. The difference was often simple. When a website was clear and intentional, it opened doors. When it was confusing or outdated, it held them back.
