About Us
I have been practicing exclusively Family Law for almost 26 years now. I offer a free 1/2 hour consultation to those in the Santa Clara County area that need assistance or have questions concerning Family Law matters. I also offer to appear in a Limited Scope (for a specific hearing) or help hourly for those that cannot quite afford to fully retain an attorney.
How We Got Started
After working for over 7 years as an Associate for another Family Law firm, in April of 2000 I decided to leave the "firm life" and start my own practice in downtown San Jose. I have been in the same office building for 20 years now.

Sometimes word of mouth is best! My assistant worked with me in my old firm and when he left there years later he looked me up and at the time I was actually hiring. Timing is everything! Sometimes temp agencies work too. They are expensive but at least you can try them out in your business...

I don’t do Personal Injury stuff so I don’t know. I’m a Family law attorney. I do see a lot of them advertising but that can is expensive. Good luck!
