We all have those days! When I have one of those days my family is there for me and reminds me why I am doing what I am doing. I am also in a Networking group for business owners. That helps a lot. They are always there for me and we support each other. It is not all about referrals in this... (more) We all have those days! They are always there for me and we support each other. It is not all about referrals in this group, it is a very helpful group in every way. You should consider to join a Networking group. If there is none local, you should look online, I think there are some who do online meetings. Hope this helps.

It is very important. If you don't like your office you don't enjoy working as much as you would if you are in a beautiful space. I would change it as soon as you are unhappy. It depends on the function of the room. I would never use Vinyl or Wood in a bathroom, only ceramic tiles. Similar with a kitchen. Living and Bedrooms are warmer with Hardwood. You need to find someone you trust, if you don’t get along with the designer then step away. If the designer shows you samples of their work and you are not 100% convinced step away. You need to be able to give them a long wish list of requirements you want to have and wishes to the functionality... You need to be able to give them a long wish list of requirements you want to have and wishes to the functionality and feel and look. The designer needs to be able to put at least 98% of your list I to the design. And I believe the education of the designer matters a lot as well.

That absolutely depends on every designers schedule and if they work full or part time. I am working around my kids schedule for example and can take phone calls when they are in school, doing sport or have play dates.
