Hardwood, luxury vinyl, or ceramic tile: What's your opinion?

It depends on the function of the room. I would never use Vinyl or Wood in a bathroom, only ceramic tiles. Similar with a kitchen. Living and Bedrooms are warmer with Hardwood. I like the combination of having Hardwood and ceramic tiles.
