Absolutely. That being said, your BP does not have to be an ordeal. The reason I am such a proponent is because it forces you to clarity. I’ve witnessed so many small business lose focus and get caught in the weeds because they aren’t clear. The business plan will help you know who your exact customer is and exactly what goodies and services you offer.
