In the months since we were liable for ANY fradulent charges on a card with a chip run through just a magnetic strip reader, I stopped accepting credit cards altogether. So far, only 2-3 clients have asked if I take credit ... I'm seriously considering not volunteering the credit option and keeping the 2.75% for my business.
With the guidance of Wanda Allen, a followup coach (followupsalesstrategies.com), I've recently started scheduling (and doing) 1/2 hr followup time Monday thru Friday - and I can already see the difference!
