I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and a Degreed Nutritionist. I specialize in human movement, neuromuscular techniques and plant-based nutrition to help improve and manage chronic pain and other conditions, enhance athletic performance, and improve overall health. I work with a wide variety of clientele including everyday people, weekend warriors and athletes. I've worked with professional dancers and other professional athletes, firefighters, law enforcement, nurses and others who have developed chronic pain from work, sport or recreational activities.
