About Us
BCT Mediations PLUS works with owners and managers on conflict management skills, offers mediation where requested, and works with partnership startups to design end-game scenarios, in addition to family and community conflict management services. Buddy has been in this for more than a decade and was the ethics co-chair for Maricopa County Association of Family Mediators.
How We Got Started
Helping people proactively engage in conflict management led to seeking my mediation and paralegal certifications. After opening BCT Mediations PLUS, clients advised me to add a coaching and training certification based on how well I care for their concerns. It is easier to proactively avoid falling into conflict than it is to resolve ongoing issues.

I have only been an "employee" once in 50+ years. IC work has been quite lucrative, unlike positions like Uber in today's environment. Low-end IC work needs to be addressed but doing so will negatively impact people like me.

Don't anchor on reciprocity. If the referral needs to be made, make it and understand you are doing the referral for the client, not the other professional. If you do this right, you will get referrals back for the right reasons...

A great coach stays in the shadows and maintains 100% confidentiality. I don't need the accolades from being a great coach. Just refer someone who would benefit from my expertise...that's fair...

I would never seek paid ads, so I would suppose my answer is B. I have competitors who spend hundreds and/or thousands on paid ads. If the successful ones have one bad month, they find themselves upside down chasing revenue to recover. In a 100% service business, I don't find that very smart. I...

Study your market, treat each new potential client as an individual target, and close based on your perception of their strongest need to be fulfilled. No such thing as one size fits all.
