Spot on Jimmy.  I have not sold one in several years.  There were fewer programs offered that meet the requirement then.  Now there are a number of processing systems offering this option.  Last I checked, there were fewer cards that qualified and the savings were lowered by the card companies some 20%.  If you are in that space, it's well worth investigating the current rates and qualifications.
