About Us

First Call Public Adjusters help families and business owners get more money from their insurance company after a catastrophe of some kind.
When I first got started I worked for the insurance companies doing the same thing. Adjusting claims. It didn’t take long before I became a public adjuster and loved helping the insured instead of the insurer.

How We Got Started

The long story or the short story?
Ok, I’ll keep it brief.

A buddy of mine said he was becoming an adjuster so I joined him. We learned the ropes together.
But, there were many times when I saw that people were not getting everything they were entitled to. So I became a public adjuster.

When it comes to insurance matters, my family goes way back to the early 1900s. In fact, my grandfather opened an agency somewhere in the 1920s and my cousin runs it now.

Anyway, if I can help you, I’d love to!

No more than 3 sentences.  Put your “pitch” everywhere your prospects hang out: social media, flyers, property manager meetings. If you don’t have your own list, maybe you can use someone else’s. You spend the money on postage, envelopes, stationary and anywhere else your host company might incur an expense to help you out. You write the letter. Plus, give his customers/clients a deep discount as an exclusive offer only to them.  So much more but this will get you started.

Whatever it is, it must stand out. It has to be relevant, quantifiable and valued. It could be a guarantee, a price (stinky USP and easily knocked off), a name, a value added dimension, a quantifiable service.....and then it has to be phrased in such a way that the audience "gets it" immediately. When money is tight, it's the forefront of your mind but sometimes you have to go slow to go fast.  Help your hunting clubs on and offline solve problems. Go to chat rooms and contribute (see what I'm doing now?). Write articles at ezinearticles.com and all the other article distribution sites there are. Make up a press release and distribute it to the free PR sites. There's a lot of ways to grow your business organically if you have a good product/service and a hungry audience. It's just a little slower.

You’re in a tough, competitive, slimy business. All I can offer is that you could offer practical value added information that gets the customer more business but if you could do that, you’d drop selling cc processing services in a NEW YORK second.  (more) You’re in a tough, competitive, slimy business. What is it if they do? There’s a lot more but TRUST is the foundation. It’ll never be perfect but if the market place will be better served and economies of scale benefit the company, it’s a good starting point.
