I am assuming your buyers would be primarily local.  I would say send a press release to the local paper or radio station.  Maybe contact the paper and ask if they have health and wellness section--maybe offer to do an article on the product and the benefits to people's health.  Does your local area do any type of fairs like for emergency response or disaster drills?  Get a booth for the event. Sponsor a local event.  Team up with a local clinic ask them to hand out a flyer on your product.  Start a blog.
