I broke my neck in a car accident and should have died in 1986 - age 21. I am now 57 and am still an athlete, can surf as I like, have had 5 NDE's (Near Death Experiences), and suffered mightily. I understand pain, suffering and hopelessness. I also now understand how to help others on their journey via proper assessment, hopeful prognosis, and practical guidelines.
