Self dicipline will always be the key .A healthy diet,exercise,
and meditation are the three cornerstones to improvement,
plus occasionally a little fasting. 1% improvement everyday,
is all we ask for, We're not trying to cure everything day one,
just a small step every day. Plus, I have to tell youI had a
kidney infection that lasted on and off for 4 years. It finally
cured when I took certain vitamins. The one that helped me the most
was Dr. Newtons Super C 22.That combo cleared my entire system.
Find a meditation that works for you, It will strengthen your
awareness level. And if exercise is to difficult, please find a yoga
stretch that will help relieve the stress points.And last but not least
