Expensive, and leads never stop coming, it seems. One other thing is that the leads tend to expand your area - I work Sarasota/Manatee, after awhile, I was getting leads from Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, St. Petersburg and even Wesley Chapel. Homeowners were getting mad at me because I wasn't responding to the leads - I kept referring them back to the website, to look at my service area. The response from Home Advisor was, "Well, we have so many leads, we just didn't know what to do with them, so we thought we'd send them out to you, on the outside chance you might actually take some and be able to service them."
