I agree with the other comments I have read here for this situation .
At the end of the day you control your own destiny so it is time to start looking for another opportunity or start your own business .
If you stay where you are things are only going to get worse .
YOU HEALTH AND WELL BEING ARE NOT WORTH DAMAGING FOR A POSITION YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE IN .
GET OUT AS FAST AS YOU CAN .
Leave on your terms and be as amicable as possible .
