We also have all of our trailors painted to company colours with large pictures and company logo that go to all our job sites .
We have a classic truck painted to company colours as well as the logo from the same era as the truck . This truck goes to as many cruise nights as possible as well as parades in our community . I also wear company apparel to reflect and advertise who we are . The classic truck is a great attention grabber and gets a lot of comments . I can not tell you how often I have had people come in to our store and said they saw the truck . I do something at cruise nights that most other vehicle owners do not do . I let the kids get in the truck and you should see the smiles on the faces of the kids and the parents .
The trailors and truck have been a very effective tool for us .
I also have my drivers drive through the downtown core every chance they can even it takes an extra 5 minutes . It is great exposure as well as relatively inexpensive advertising and brand recognition .
I agree with the other comments I have read here for this situation . At the end of the day you control your own destiny so it is time to start looking for another opportunity or start your own business . If you stay where you are things are only going to get worse . YOU HEALTH AND WELL BEING...

I am also a woodworker but in my spare time . My wife and I both produce crafts that are unique and mostly one of a kind pieces . All our pieces are hand made . We do a number of artisan shows over the course of the spring , summer and fall . Over the winter we take time away from this venue so we can replenish our stock . Go and see some specialty gift stores in your area to see if they would be willing to put some of your goods on display for sale and give them a decent commission for this or sell direct to them . You may have to sell to these stores at a lower price to allow them to mark up your goods . It takes some time to discover the better artisan shows so do not give up easily . Flea markets are not your best bet as the tend to draw those who are looking for something for next to nothing . It would also help to go to some of the artisan shows and see what is being offered for sale and if you feel your product would fit in there .
I can not think of anything more difficult than losing a son or daughter . May I offer my condolences to you and to any others who have lost someone special .
As to your fund raising for other grieving families I can not offer any more advice than others have already given .

What has happened can be considered bullying or harassment so speak to the GM or the HR department . I am not gay but have dealt with many people that have same sex preferences and they are no different than any one else . Your sexual preference is your personal choice . When the customer walks in and says OMG this looks better than I thought it was going to . I can now leave the customer with a great feeling of pride .
