We are a family owned and operated awards retailer and custom engraving company based in beautiful Sauk Rapids Minnesota.
We Specialize in Corporate Awards, Custom Engraving, Plaques, Trophies, Photo & Engraveable Gifts, Signage, Name Badges and Promotional and Ad Specialties, Trade Show Giveaways, Apparel. Basically anything that can personalized with a logo or name.

How We Got Started

We were started by Our Founder (husband, father) in the basement of our home in 1973. Dad found and fulfilled the need for an actual trophy retailer. Back than awards were purchased by Jewelers mainly. There was no dedicated trophy manufacturers in the area, except a few in the twin cities area. So he decided to take a chance and here we are 50 years later serving not only local clients but worldwide. To name a few notable locations we have shipped to: Germany, Australia, England, Saint Maarten (the Caribbean), Denver, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, not to mention California, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia and the entire 9 state area (MN, SD, ND, WI, IA, MO, IN, IL, OH) on a regular basis.

We have found for our industry word of mouth is the best over any form of advertising. We have tried just about everything in the 53 yrs we have been in business including billboards, tv, radio, newspapers, coupons, etc. Billboards were OK but it was next to impossible to know whether they did... We have tried just about everything in the 53 yrs we have been in business including billboards, tv, radio, newspapers, coupons, etc. Billboards were OK but it was next to impossible to know whether they did any good or not. Since we are more of a destination business advertising never brings in much that we know of anyhow. We are trying to focus more with online, social media, etc. to get more word out and to show off our products as an image is worth a thousand words in our industry (or industries).

We constantly try to provide our clients with the best customer service we can. Anyone can sell you a medal or trophy, but the service you get may not be the same especially from the few big online/mail retailers in our industry. None Here. We will be closed again this year. We have learned in the past that not many clients come to our store that day. Sure there may be a few stragglers, but not enough to be open for the day. They come after the weekend or mid-December to have us engrave on all kinds of odd items for... (more) None Here. We will be closed again this year. We have learned in the past that not many clients come to our store that day. Sure there may be a few stragglers, but not enough to be open for the day. They come after the weekend or mid-December to have us engrave on all kinds of odd items for christmas gifts. Plus we are family owned and operated awards and engraving store, so 95% of people are not even going to think of coming to our store on the big box store day.
