I'm finishing up a remodel on a small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1200 sqft. house with a nice size fenced in back yard 40 x 60', and back alley access. In need of landscape design work. We'd like to build a 2 car garage eventually 20x 20', have a fire pit, raised garden beds and fruit trees, along with butterfly and bee plants. I'm now a "general contractor" hiring out trades that I need as time goes by. Keep your costs down, keep the trades on the job by being the gopher to get those materials that are missing or forgotten. Sometimes I went to home depot 3 or 4 times a day just to keep the job moving along.
