If it's a weekend delivery, I will do it. If they need anything for a special event that they typically use and I don't have it in stock, I will do my best to let them use something just to get them by.

Yes there are products I sell that are on Amazon and other sites,but I try to sell myself and all that I can do for the customer personally.for instance if you buy a piece of equipment online and when it is delivered the customer is responsible for unloading off the truck and responsible for checking any damages.if they're are any damages it's very hard after the fact to get anything replaced. I like to assume any and all responsibility for any of that.and give the best possible customer service I can. I always follow up and with me not being a commission based salesman I want to be 100 percent upfront and honest. I go above and beyond.
