As a small business owner (4 x W2 Employees and 3 x 1099) it can be difficult to find the right payroll system that meets your needs. I always suggest asking a trusted networking or business partner who they use and start with that. It's a really important decision because you're most likely going to use this company for many years, so you need to take your time and make the best decision for you. I personally prefer a smaller company so you can deal with the same person (or just a couple people) all the time and they get to know you and your business. I hope this helps!
It's all about RISK Management. If I was 75 years old I would stay home and stay isolated. Being 50 I know to wear my mask anytime I am at the grocery or hardware store, although "eating out" may largely become a thing of the past... I just don't see how packed restaurants are going to create...

Being 50 I know to wear my mask anytime I am at the grocery or hardware store, although "eating out" may largely become a thing of the past... I just don't see how packed restaurants are going to create safe distances while maintaining enough full tables unless they raise the price of an italian meal to $40 (which we could all make at home for a few $$). We must return to work, although I believe the safest option is to maintain as much of the workforce as we can working remotely. Schools/ Teachers/ Students... I just have no idea how to make that work at this time. Be well and make safe choices for you and the people around you!
