It's been my experience that those who want to pay for C level cleaning want A+ service. If someone wants to pay low, and I'm hungry enough to put up with it, I make sure that the service they will be getting for that price is written in detail as an attachment to the contract. I recently had a doctor try to limit the cleaning time to 45 minutes starting at 5:00 while they waited in the office. They did not want to sign a contract. They whined about how business wasn't as good as it used to be, then asked me for a quote for their 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house, which they said would take 6 hours to clean. They wanted a quote without me seeing the house. I gave a quote with the stipulation that the time would be limited to what they said. I also stated that we wouldn't do the medical clinic without a contract. I never heard from them again, and I have no regrets. However, your already in the contract. If you stipulated the service to be performed, ask them if they want to upgrade the service for an additional cost.
They can use their cell phones sparingly. For example, family emergency or checking in with children as they come home from school. They can listen to music only if the customer is not present.

Hi Ken, I'm not familiar with Mattoon, but I've gotten office cleaning jobs by walking in with a professional looking flyer and asking if they need the service. Just make sure you respect the no solicitation signs and skip those companies.

Great observations. I left the corporate world too, and even though being a business owner is hard work, at least you can treat people (customers and employees) the way they should be treated - with dignity and honesty.
