Build the adds properly, have a relevant landing page through your money on the table and see what happens. I have never received a like from a pay per click add, and don't want them. Pay per click can only produce Sales, Sales, Sales. It does work! In many cases it is the only way your product will be seen.
Out sourcing is always an issue. After 30 years of doing business this is something I have tried to get away from, almost impossible. We outsource our payroll, and if you do payroll you know why.
