Utilizing my family background of skilled Builders and Developers I began my professional Real Estate career in new home sales within 5 developments under construction by a local builder/developer. Communities included Golf Course Properties ranging from $250,000 – $550,000 to high-end, high-quality lake-front properties ranging from $600,000 – $1.2 Million.
I listen closely to the needs and expectations of every client before designing a plan that represents a partnership, working in tandem with Sellers to make certain their goals are met. I demonstrate honesty and integrity, knowledge, responsiveness, a clear focus on the process, communication skills and strong negotiation skills. These are qualities clients rank as most valuable with negotiation skills ranking the highest.
My clients have referred me based on my Negotiation Skills alone as I hold a Master Certification from The Real Estate Negotiation Institute in California. I believe communication has been a critical element of my success as a negotiator and a major contribution to reaching my client’s results and maintaining their satisfaction throughout the journey.

With 15 years in Real Estate, that translates to nearly 300 families I have impacted over the years through buying, selling and building. Originally from Buffalo, NY we moved to Grand Rapids MI where we raised our daughter. Arizona is now where we call home and where we enjoy year-round running, biking, hiking, kayaking and more.

The daughter of an amazing builder, my two brothers and I spent summers on the job site working side-by-side. to this day, the smell of fresh wood and walls going up still brings back the memories of working with my dad and the satisfaction of seeing our hard-work in building a house -- turn into someone's home.
