Since Yellow Pages went away, I have not found one successful way to advertise. I tried a few, but none work at all for me. Yellow Pages had my phone ringing day and night. These days 98% of my business comes from current clients/accounts or referrals. The other 2% say they either saw my work van... These days 98% of my business comes from current clients/accounts or referrals. The other 2% say they either saw my work van and got the number there, or actually did find me on line.

I do not duplicate restricted keys unless I know 100% for sure the person requesting the items is the person that has authority to do so.  For example, one of my accounts may have taken over a new building to manage, and the building has restricted keys.  I will copy them as I know this person is... (more) I do not duplicate restricted keys unless I know 100% for sure the person requesting the items is the person that has authority to do so.  For example, one of my accounts may have taken over a new building to manage, and the building has restricted keys.  I will copy them as I know this person is the new owner and needs them.  However if a tenant asked for more, I would send them to the landlord.  So the answer is no, I do not copy restricted keys as a "favor" to an unauthorized person, even if their intentions are harmless.
