I have personally and professionally met a large number of people who had dietary restrictions, whether it is allergies, diabetes, heart issues, coeliac, cancer, etc.... What they all have in common? Frustration! I do love food and I want everybody to enjoy it as much as I do. This is why I started Cuisine by Celine: so that people can enjoy food that is right for them and still super flavorful and yummy even if they have dietary restrictions! I now have clients that Honor Health and Mayo Clinic send to me so that I can help them eat the right foods that they enjoy, knowing that it is also doing good inside their body. Seeing those people getting better and loving the food is the best feeling ever, it is really rewarding!
