About Us

I am passionate in crafting my cuisine using fresh, vibrant seasonal ingredients of the highest quality to create signature flavors while maintaining the integrity of true Italian cuisine. We are proud to be celebrating our 20th Anniversary of Marcellino Ristorante.

Everything we propose is based on Italian life, from my cuisine to the European service, the music and of course the ambiance.

Each reservation is taken with respect to quality time to enjoy it all. Dining with family or friends is a joyful experience. Your meal and conversation is a sacred part of Italian lifestyle and my wife Sima and I strive it will always be here.

We are open for dinner Tuesday - Saturday.

We are experiencing a very high volume of our clients and new ones returning to our restaurant. This weekends numbers are parallel to those from last year in fact. Guests feel completely safe when dining with us since we  keep strict protocol in place and will con't to do so. We do see... (more) We are experiencing a very high volume of our clients and new ones returning to our restaurant. This weekends numbers are parallel to those from last year in fact. Guests feel completely safe when dining with us since we  keep strict protocol in place and will con't to do so. We do see restaurants/bars that cater to crowds (under middle age) flocking to bars and inexpensive restaurants filled to the brim with no social distancing whatsoever. Most have their workers wearing masks tho and don't know if they are sanitizing work spaces after clients leave their establishments as we do. There's been zero action regarding this by TV media or police since the restrictions on stay at home have been lifted. This will gage the results in a short few weeks and pray for the best.

We've decided to reopen for take out out only next Wed. May 6th while we await news for dine in service allowed. Every precaution has been taken effectively. We've been closed for over one month with zero income as so many have; some longer. Whether it is now or in the next few weeks might not... (more) We've decided to reopen for take out out only next Wed. May 6th while we await news for dine in service allowed. Every precaution has been taken effectively. We've been closed for over one month with zero income as so many have; some longer. Whether it is now or in the next few weeks might not make all the difference. We need to get back to working and our lives once again. Certainly people will be wary but we must instill trust in all our clients that we are responsible to insure their safety. Our restaurant has always been pristine clean; from the front of the house to the back: constantly disinfecting all surfaces. Restaurants must comply at all times with their attention to cleanliness and how we interact with our clients. When we reopen for dine in, our menus will be disposable, mono use. Our servers will wear mandatory masks and gloves and we shall adhere to table and bar distancing. We all know it will be a very long recovery but we are ready to open the gates.

Never compromise the standards of your vision. When you have a valid product that you wish to share with the world, stick to your guns. We have used an independent broker since the inception of our restaurant. Scott Shirley has consistently given us the lowest rates with the best of complete coverage through out the years. He also goes far beyond and has assisted us with City permits when insurance was necessary for events. He... (more) We have used an independent broker since the inception of our restaurant. Scott Shirley has consistently given us the lowest rates with the best of complete coverage through out the years. He also goes far beyond and has assisted us with City permits when insurance was necessary for events. He answers all your questions in a timely manner and is truly a gentleman. With so many options out there....we have chosen him above all others. I highly recommend him and you can find him on Alignable!!

A staff is as good as its management/owners. Repetition on issues that need reinforcement is a must. Employees that have ongoing poor work ethics/behavioral issues will most undoubtedly con't in that vain. If repeated corrections prove futile....release and rehire. Train new staff heavily and... Train new staff heavily and keep close watch. There are valuable employees out there. Once found, teach, embrace, welcome and move forward. Keeping a positive attitude with optimism on new hires bring positive returns. It is the nature of the beast we must face as business owners.

Firstly, advertising is never ever a one shot deal. It's the repetitive viewing that could possibly capture your audience. We find that targeted events receive the best return rather than print media; altho there are specific publications that are followed by ones demographic clients. Study your... We find that targeted events receive the best return rather than print media; altho there are specific publications that are followed by ones demographic clients. Study your reach and if choosing one print media in particular go with a 6 time deal for best results. Check the magazines forecast for what they are planning in their upcoming months to see if you have something of interest that fits their criteria. Send timely press releases to journalists about your biz and/or event during that month in particular. They may pick it up and run an editorial. That's FREE! Engage a well known PR and Marketing Director to get your biz out there!
