Single woman I love to help as I know - they are in good hands with me and my goal is to make sure they understand process and we are checking their new place as closely as possible during their inspection period. Also - that they have a lender that is as equally involved that cares and feels grateful to have the opportunity to help them purchase a place to call home and an investment Of their hard earned money.
