Massages, Facials & Pedicures start at $70 including all day steam, sauna, pool, whirlpoool & yoga. Bring your team, we love groups! Our Palm Room seats 50 for lunch and 100 for presentations so our spa is a great place for team building events and an affordable way to reward your clients!

In today's noisy digital age, the competitor wit the biggest budget gets the loudest megaphone. That's why it is more important than ever to find one thing you can do better than any of your competitors. For us, it's a couple of things. We offer a resort style spa day at local friendly prices. We offer coed facilities so couples can steam, soak, swim and sauna together. And we can host group up to 150, so we are perfect for bachelorettes and girls spa trips. After 30+ years of offering those unique spa solutions in Scottsdale, you would think our 14,000 SF spa on Scottsdale Rd would come up on the top of every search, but you would be wrong. The overhead of a pool, whirlpool, steam room, sauna and locker room leave us with a minimal marketing budget. Online, a 1500 SF day spa in a shopping plaza is more visable, because they have a bigger click budget. And the giant resorts, with similar amenities, are even more visible in the search list. So, how are we managing to do 50% more business than we did last year? By leveraging our "guests love our value" story with great review sites like YELP. Most of our new guests say they chose us because of our reviews and can't wait to come back with their friends. We have tripped our YELP budget, along with some other online partners like RevLocal and Single Platform. We keep our focus on making sure everyone who comes in, can't wait to come back and count on reviews to magnify the word of mouth!

I would rather take the risk of being a game changer on a coachable losing team than tag along, hoping to benefit from the reflected glory of a winning one. Bottom line, I would rather make a difference than a contribution.

We opted to continue to focus on authentically being the best we could while trusting that copycat karma would take care of our competitor. One by one, each of their locations eventually closed it's doors. The lesson we learned was that most customers can recognize shady behavior. It may affect our businesses negatively, in the short term, but branding is a long game and in the long run, honest brands always stand out as a good choice to consumers!
