We estimate the time it will take to complete a project with weather always being a consern. We have a three to six week lead time for manufacturing of the products that install. We inform our clients of this during the sales process. Our clients are also made aware of our scheduling at the time of purchase that we are always contingent on the weather cooperating and that there are no unforeseen problems arise during a renovation. On older homes there are sometimes hidden problems that show when we open up a wall for installation of new products which must be repaired. We continually update our scheduling time frame based on our ongoing installation issues that arise.. Our lead times continually change due to the nature of the work and we do our best to stay on time. When it comes to contracting it is difficult to be always on schedule because of to many uncontrollable variables .
