Secaucus Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi group classes are on Mondays and Thursdays at 10 am at Dance Power Studio in Secaucus (class size is limited) or one on one at a convenient location or on line. First Class is Free to continue it is $15 per class. Flexibility is not necessary. Beginner Tai Chi Meditation classes also available Call in advance: 201-864-2095

I think kids should be exposed to different types of physical activties. Basic forms once a month as an introduction should be incorporated into the school programs.  Activities such as the martial arts, yoga, zumba, line dancing, etc would make PE more interesting and fun.
