Your best option would be to write a helpful blog article on your website, publish it to your Facebook page and then build an audience around that type of service. Do the same with your other services and then focus on brand recognition.
Stay consistent with the look and feel of your posts and find ways to get interaction from readers as today, Facebook is pulling back business posts from showing up in personal feeds unless they have a lot of interaction and share-ability - or of course advertising dollars behind them.

If you are appealing to the masses, which many do with their online service or product, you will want to install a Facebook pixel on your website to track people who come to your website or take specific actions. With this pixel you can build a lot of very specific types of audiences. For instance, you could build an audience of people who visited a product page on your website and just advertise that product to that group.
You can also build audiences of people who engage with your Facebook page and posts, people who engage with your Instagram posts, people who watch a specific length of a video you might put up.
You can also build lookalike audiences from these specific categories and then build in exclusions.
There are a number of strategies that will and can refine your audiences into much smaller groups that are more likely to be your target market.
