I also assign, track and manage all the Supplier parts change request for all our 900+ Suppliers located all over the world along with tracking and keeping up to date all their Supplier TS16949 certificates .

I will pay a little extra for what I am buying just because the business I am buying from has great Customer Service. Mots people I know are the same way. Now Im not saying increase your prices. I'm saying good Customer service will bring you in more Customers is you treat your Customers like you know them. Be friendly talk to them like their your friend ask them if you can help them find anything and make friendly suggestions to them for what their looking to purchase from you. Good Customer service will bring your Customers back to you time after time after time..
