About Us
We are mobile wood fired pizza from a fire truck. Our Engine 53 Pizza truck has floor to ceiling views of our pizza kitchen. Watch our staff throw pizza dough, build and cook your pizza right in front of you in our wood burning pizza oven at 900 degrees.
How We Got Started
As a fire fighter/paramedic/ER nurse, Engine 53 Pizza was born from the challenge emergency personnel face trying to eat dinner on the night shift. What started as a need to feed ourselves and our coworkers our favorite food, pizza, soon turned into a full time business. We are 3rd generation pizza operators and we've been making scratch made dough for 20 years.
