My passion lies in delicious ways to use the heat and flavors from peppers to enhance every meal experience. To help me in making this goal a reality there are a few different products I make. First I make a line of flavorful hot sauces to accentuate different tastes and heat levels. Second I make superhot pepper infused salts from superhot peppers. And third I make salsas that cater to the hotter end of the market along with some superhot salsas. The superhot peppers are grown locally most of which are my personal plants.
