The founders of NCS, Caillan and Owen, were tired of working in environments that did not understand what made a business great and set out to build a business that cared about people, really cared about safety, operational efficiency and provided professional services in a cost effective manner. They felt the timing of the market they served was ready for a business to meet these goals and their strategy was simple work hard to meet the above criteria and give people processes , support and the tools to be successful. Starting in 2016 NCS has grown from the initial 4 people to 60 highly skilled and motivated team members, providing services in four provinces to municipal and industrial water management clients.
