Robert Cline, the company owner, began his career in the construction trade in 1996. He then served our country for 5 years after 1998 (and during wartime following 9-11). After honorably exiting the military and working in government for several years, Robert then bought a restoration franchise in 2007 and began the company with 1 van out of his garage in Cameron Park. After a few short years, his company grew into one of the top 20 in the franchise network in North America.
Today, Certified Property Rescue is independent from the franchise network, having grown into one of the largest restoration companies in the United States to provide solely mitigation and remediation specialties, rather than construction. With this specialized attention, CPR has become the preferred service provider for most insurance carriers in the Greater Sacramento/Sierra Nevada region of Northern CA. CPR is located in a large commercial facility in Shingle Springs, and is still family owned and operated.
