I have been a part of Home Advisor in the past, am not currently working with them. It has been a couple of years so things may have changed. My experience was they were not a good match for our company. We are a niche contractor and off a lot of customer service on our projects to make them successful for our clients. What I found with the leads i bought from Home Advisor is the people we’re mostly shopping price and we were in a competitive bidding situation. If you offer a service and are usually the low bidder this would be good for you. We just weren’t a match.
