I would tell a story that visibility on the web matters and that you have the capability on letting them become visible when a prospect searches for their service. I would also share that if they do not come up on page 1 the likelihood that their web site would be chosen.

Your normal client not want to slam your enterprise unless they are not given a means of quickly responding to their displeasure.
When such a system is in place, the occasional displeasure will be placed in full context.
