Hope Heart Momentum Counseling LLC offers specialized therapy for OCD, emetophobia, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. Led by Sandra Puckett, LPC, LBS, the practice provides evidence-based treatments like CBT, ACT, and ERP to help clients break anxiety cycles and achieve lasting change. In-person sessions are available in Skippack, PA, and virtual sessions are offered throughout Pennsylvania and Vermont.
