A family behind Made in Calabria
Made in Calabria is a modern extension of ‘Calabria Pork Store’, a rustic store of typical Calabrian products that Nicola’s father, Nicola Parrotta Sr., opened in the Bronx’s Little Italy.
From here the whole history begins: the passion that his father has handed down to his son through travels, tradition, and food. Calabria, our homeland, is wonderful, wild, rich in flavours, fragrances and wonderful places.
We consider to be our core values: a cult of work, transparency and honesty. Just as our families have taught us.
