About Us

Choice Consulting helps individuals and organizations reach their full potential and inspire that change with passion.

How We Got Started

After many years working in different industries and in different positions I realized that most organizations were fundamentally frustrated and not achieving maximum results because they did not know how to provide clarity and a systematic process to manage the team and the growth. I started Choice Consulting to help organizations recognize the challenge and create a process to move past the struggle and into maximum impact and results.

What is your purpose, cause and passion. Are they documented and communicated to all. What is your target market. What does the perfect customer or client for your business or services look like. Does everything you use communicate to this demographic and target market! Images, colors, tag lines, messages, etc.? What is your Niche. The one thing you do that separates you from others in the same business or offering the same services? Lastly, what are your 3 Uniques. What are the 3 things you do that you do as part of your customer or client process. Some companies call these USP. Unique Selling Propositions. Once you get clarity on exactly what you do, why you do it, what results you want and what makes you unique then you can begin to leverage this information for more business and higher customer satisfaction because you will have clarity!.

Is that the outcome you want your customer to have! Do you have your customer process documented and does everyone use that document to follow and sell by? Next, what do your customers expect? You need to debrief your last 15 to 20 customer transactions to see what happened. What was the experience. How can we improve. Hope this was helpful!

If we confirm it was a breakdown and not just an opportunity to learn and grow then we would want to spend a few minutes debriefing what happened. How did it turn into a breakdown? Once you can determine what happened then you can begin to take steps to make sure we put safe guards in our process to move past a breakdown to the results we were planning to have in the future.

(more) bmink@choiceconsultingman.com here is a blog I posted this week  The Journey Most of the time it as much about the journey as it is the results.” Great quote Pastor Michael. (mwchurch.com) For me, I am usually more concerned about the outcome or results but I’m beginning to realize that sometimes the results may be secondary to the journey. As a mere human, I can only see a small glimpse of the future which means I can’t see the situations, opportunities or challenges that lie ahead. What I don’t realize is there are some things I need to learn, some challenges I need to process and go through today to prepare me for what is coming. Let’s face it, this journey of life is like being in school. We show up for class everyday. How we respond to that class is our Choice. (Choices, my new book coming out soon). Are we open to learning and growing? Are we doing our homework by reflecting on our situations and struggles and even processing with someone we trust? Take some time this week to look back over the last few months to see if there were things you needed to learn from your experiences. Then, spend a few minutes looking at the next few months and begin to identify things you may need to learn, read, communicate or plan for. Remember: Most of the time it as much about the journey as it is the results.
