I know being an introvert you need to break through your comfort zone on a daily basis, and some days are harder than others. However once you break through all fear and apprehensiveness melts away and you're free for the day! Unfortunately you have to break through this zone on a daily basis.

Yes, staging a house will sometimes increase value. Depends at what level it is listed at, if dumping it wouldn't matter in my opinion. If you are trying to get more than the property value in the area than by all means do it.

I just keep it simple, gift certificates usually to restaurants I think they may like.
